TO GET STARTED, SIMPLY:
Connect Your Wearable: Start by pairing your Apple Watch or any compatible device. This step unlocks Healium's Aura feature, allowing you to monitor your well-being in real-time.
Engage in a Session: Completing your first session will generate your Healium score, a reflection of your performance and progress.
Track your Progress: Use Healium’s dashboard to monitor your journey. Here, you can monitor your mindful minutes, usage streaks, and session statistics to see how you're progressing over time.
