My cam doesn’t work anymore the app doesn’t find the cam.

“Always there”… yeah right!
Trying to connect and getting “Request error”… thought I wasn’t remembering my password correctly… then trying to reset.. got “request error”… many times when I need the app I get that my camera isn’t paired with the app. This is starting to driving me really mad
