There is no sound!

The app has only 1 free feature that doesnt allow more than one doc but on the other hand lots of pages, so i can work with that. i bought the feature of the keyboard so i could use it on other apps, the problem is that i use a fisical Bluetooth keyboard and the sound worked fine in the app but in others, Notes for example, DOESNT make a sound if a use the keyboard bluetooth only if i use the touch, so... it was a waste of money. Could you fix, please?

Support on cloud

Hey guys,

I’m an avid user of the app, but lately I’ve been concerned about the safety of my work in it. You guys should develop an option where we could have access to the file in a cloud, just in case our device gets stolen or broken down. I couldn’t find anything related to it in the app.

Muito legal, mas é uma pegadinha...😒

Da para usar e se divertir enquanto se escreve, pena que agora depois de um mês de uso vem aparecendo diversos bugs, Como o fato de no meio da página já começar a tocar o sino de virada de pagina, e como a mudança de cor na fonte de preto por azul sem que se tenha alterado manualmente.

Recebi um email educado, mas ninguém entrou em contato comigo, agora tenho outro problema.

Comprei toda a coleção de máquinas disponíveis, mas agora não consigo utilizar as 3 ultimas, ontem funcionou, hoje estou clicando no restore purchase e nada acontece, ou seja paguei us$3,99 pelas demais máquinas e nada, felizmente esse dinheiro não me faz falta, mas é muito chato. Não recomendo a compra, vou procurar outra alternativa.

Quando adicionei o teclado as minhas preferências travou diversos dos meus aplicativos...

Melhor do que eu imaginava

Esta app me surpreendeu. É muito gostoso escrever com o teclado que imita uma máquina de escrever, e o som de uma máquina de escrever. Só de começar já dá vontade de escrever mais. Mas um aviso: eu usei máquina de escrever, então quem nunca usou uma talvez não entenda o charme desta app...

Só faltou o suporte a acentos e cedilha para ter 5 estrelas.

Keyboard option is terrible!!!

The option in the app to keep the keyboard as main option to type is terrible.

The keyboard is slow, the buttons don't respond sometimes and you make lot of mistakes during typing due the horrible response of the app and the terrible speed of the buttons.

I installed, started to type some emails and 15 minutes later disabled the keyboard.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!

With the name of Tom Hanx, the quality of the app should be better.

CRASHES

The app is great, beautiful and all, but man how it crashes. I was using it for serious writing, but it always crashes after more or less one page of writing. Whilee it has a good auto save memory, you end up losing the last two or three sentences, and have to write it again. It may not seem much, but, given that it ALWAYS crashes, it gets really annoying and frightening when it happens for the 3th time in a row and you have to remember the last sentences to write it again. It loses its greatest power - its imersiviness, and it impossibilitates you of getting some serious writing done. When this is fixed the app will be simply perfect.

Cannot type diacritics

I speak and write in Portuguese. So, diacritics is essential. By the way, I miss a version for MAC OS X. It would be interesting type on my MacBook.

Para um jornalista saudoso seria tudo de bom. Não fosse o problema do teclado, que não possui acentos para o português e também de não se poder salvar os trabalhos como fotos, para que pudessem ser trabalhados mais tarde. O pdf e word e outros dificultam a editoração dos textos, que poderiam ser muito melhor aproveitados.

Just perfect!

This app just restored my will to write -- add a keyboard like (NOT advertising!) ZAGGkeys Folio backlit keyboard for iPad Air and this becomes a breeze. Tried for 5 minutes before purchasing the whole bundle and no regrets at all -- on the contrary, the themes are beautiful and they alone makes the deal a bargain. Wonderful to write using the white typewriter with burgundy background: very, very cozy. And for those who asked, writing in Portuguese for support in their native language (which, for instance, is also mine), just change the keyboard layout to US International and you are good to go. Congrats are in order, Tom. The only thing I fail to discover yet is how to save the documents -- I suspect they have an autosave feature, but I'm afraid to close the app and discover otherwise. This wil DEFINITELY be the only writing tool I'll use, except when in a Congress or the like -- imagine everyone hearing the "tap tap tap"sound all the time... For that exist things like Pages; for rescuing the pleasure of writing, well, fortunately there are still tools full of that kind of inspiration that reveal that the true feeling of the good old days are alive. And well.

Não tem acento!

Era para ser muito bacana, mas a falta de acentuação inviabiliza o uso desse app de forma mais ampla. Fica então somente uma "brincadeirinha nostálgica" com a máquina de escrever.
